Most people don't know what to do with their cell phones when they upgrade. The number of cell phones that end up in our landfills increases every day. By sending in your phone you can help us to reduce e-waste globally and get paid for it.
When you send us your cell phones, we remove your personal data and a certified technician evaluates them to determine their value based on make/model, age, functionality, and overall condition.
The shipment of your phone(s) confirms your acceptance to have your items be processed. By sending us your phones, you agree to accept our valuation of them. Unfortunately, we cannot send any phones back to you for any reason. If your phones have no value due to age or condition and we cannot liquidate them, we will not send you any payment. However, we will responsibly recycle them at no expense to you as our way of saying “thank you” for doing your part to help us keep e-waste out of our landfills.
Keep in mind that if you also send us Gold items, you will receive a separate check for those items.
